Fall Cleanup Anyone?

Another summer on beautiful Sebago Lake is now behind us. As such, it is time to cleanup our yards (once the leaves are down) in preparation for winter.

If you’ve not yet confirmed your Fall Cleanup with us, please do so at your earliest convenience (by emailing: Info@RaymondCapeWinterWatch.com, or calling: 207-370-4235), so we can get you on our calendar. Our goal is to wrap these up in time for Thanksgiving.

Also, as we look a bit further ahead, please let us know if you’d like our Snow Removal and/or Winter Watch services. These services offer important benefits to you (even if your lakehouse is not occupied during the off-season), including but not limited to:

  • Snow Removal:
    • Ensures you and/or emergency services have access to your lakehouse
    • Makes your lakehouse appear occupied, lessening the likelihood of break-ins
  • Winter Watch options include:
    • External Walkaround – Performing periodic walkarounds / visual inspections of your home, looking for exterior damage, ice dams, evidence of break-in, ensuring electrical service remains connected to the home, generator is operational, etc.
    • Internal Walkthrough – Performing periodic walkthroughs / visual inspections of your home, checking temperature, internet, security, confirming no rodent infestation or leaks, turning on / off roof heating cables, flushing toilets, starting vehicle(s), checking battery tenders, ensuring enough salt in water softner system, checking dehumidifier, heating fuel check, watering up to 10 plants.
    • Additional tasks can be negotiated, to ensure we best meet your needs.
