What a beautiful day on Sebago Lake!
We’ve begun Spring Cleanup, knocking out the first 3 yards yesterday with our fleet of high-powered leaf blowers! Here’s a picture of 2 of our hard working crew, taking a quick break 🙂

Yards look so nice after they’ve been cleared of all the over-the-winter debris (e.g., leaves, sticks and sometimes a bit of trash). Plus, the grass and flowers get better access to the sun to initiate their upcoming growth cycle.
If you haven’t yet scheduled your Spring Cleanup please reach out to us at your earliest convenience. Doing so ensures your yard is all cleaned up prior to your first visit and/or family gathering.
Allowing us to take care of this onerous chore provides you more opportunity to enjoy time at and/or on the lake. As always, you can reach us by phone, text (207-370-4235) or email (Info@RaymondCapeWinterWatch.com).
Point of interest – Grants available for Landscaping Projects!!!
Are you considering any landscaping projects? Would you like funding to assist in the cost of the project? If so, check out the flyer below from Portland Water District. If you need assistance filing for the grant and/or related permitting let us know. We’ve been through the process before on our own properties.

In closing, if you need to offload any onerous tasks (e.g., Spring Cleanup, Landscaping, etc.) simply reach out to us by phone, text (207-370-4235) or email (Info@RaymondCapeWinterWatch.com) – and we’ll make that project go away 🙂
All the best (on the lake)!
