Following is a handful of our customer testimonials.
During the months of September thru April while traveling the USA we were lucky enough to have Jeff Foley from Raymond Cape Winter Watch monitor our home which is located in a fairly remote area of Raymond Cape. Jeff checked on our house at least weekly, sometimes more often if we had inclement weather. He checked each room to make sure things were secure, warm and rodent free. He checked all bathrooms and kept toilets full of water and not leaking. On one occasion he caught a running toilet which he promptly repaired for us. He would check the furnace room to verify it was operating normally and note the level of oil in the tank was satisfactory . He also checked outside the house to make sure everything looked normal and that there were no ice dams or anything out of the ordinary happening. As an additional service he also picked up our mail at a local cluster box and took pictures of what arrived and then sent us an email with the pictures and his notes from the visit. The service Jeff provided was exemplary. It’s a big relief to know a true professional is watching things at home which made our extended vacation much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Jeff and the team at Raymond Cape Winter Watch for the services they provide and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Craig is a year round resident of Raymond Cape and is the perfect fit to keep an eye on your property. He has helped me numerous times, he has connections with local contractors if needed & won’t be stopped by what the weather throws at us, he’ll take a snowmobile.

Craig is literally my next door neighbor and has for several years taken in our trash cans from the street to the shed after we left for the season. The first time I think I might even have dropped by to say good-bye and ask if they would do that and put the weights on top for us. They did. In the years since, things have been more hectic and I’ve never had the chance to ask, and sometimes not even to call or text, but Craig et al. have just checked on their own and taken care of it, if needed. It has been a load off our minds in the aftermath of hectic and usually weather-driven close-up, pack-up and departure under cover of darkness times.
This year, while carrying in and weighting down the barrels, Craig took a look at the house and noticed that I had left some windows open. A few quick photos, texts and a mailed key later Craig got in and out of our tight-packed, booby-trapped maze of an extra stuff room, got to those windows and closed them…”no scars” he said.
Dad and Mom, and more recently Dad and I, have relied on various neighbors on other occasions over the past 25 years for…details we forgot, for finding, closing and bolting blown open doors that hadn’t been quite properly latched, for collecting and storing tarps that tore loose in a storm and blew about dangerously, for valves we forgot when draining the water system, for checking for building and property damage when storms brought down trees and lines, for cleaning up the wood from downed trees and limbs…the list goes on. Knowing Craig is there on the Cape year-round, with energy, caring, understanding of the eccentricities of these old camp buildings and systems, and knowing local craftspeople to get things done is terrific. If you have a chance to subscribe to Craig’s Winter Watch services, I know you’ll grow to appreciate what having a great neighbor is all about. No more concern about “is this too much to ask?” I’m pretty sure you’ll find they’re already on top of it….

I highly recommend Raymond Cape Winter Watch. We travel to FL in the Winter, and it is comforting to know that our house is under watch while we are gone. We had a Security alarm failure that required resetting the base station, and it was immediately attended to. Residual snow removal – especially any mounds left at the driveway street area helps a lot when we return. Trash barrels are taken off the road after we leave. We even had a TV left on in a bedroom when we left, and Craig noticed it during his watch, let us know, and turned it off. It is very comforting to have Craig and Team keeping watch.”

It is my pleasure to enthusiastically recommend Craig Bailey’s property management company. As a Maine neighbor of his whose primary home is some 400+ miles away in the Philadelphia suburbs, I was very concerned about our house on Papoose Island Road when I received notification of the power outage and damage in a recent storm. I called Craig and asked if he would please take a look at our house to be sure it was in tact!!
Within 45 minutes, I heard back from Craig. He had walked down to our house, checked that the generator was running, and inspected the property to be sure there were no downed trees or damage to the house. What a relief!! I am immensely grateful for his quick response and reassuring assessment of the situation. I am sure he will conduct a diligent, caring, and professional business and would advise anyone to take advantage of his services.
