Resources

This page is dedicated to providing resources that can provide additional peace of mind, relative to your home away from home.

Seasonal Lake House Maintenance Checklist – If you’d like to be sure you are properly caring for your lake house (seasonal or otherwise) we encourage you to download and print our Seasonal Lake House Maintenance Checklist. Know that we are happy to work with you to knock items off the list. And, if there are needed services (e.g., plumber, electrician, septic system maintenance, roofer, etc.) we can recommend reputable contractors we have worked with. Just give us a call!
