Raymond Cape Winter Watch was co-founded by Jeff Foley and Craig Bailey, year-round residents located at the end of Raymond Cape, in Raymond, Maine.
We are a family-owned and operated business, and more importantly: we are native Mainers!
We have enjoyed providing ad hoc services to our friends and neighbors and have now formalized a set of offerings designed to give you, homeowners on Raymond Cape, year-round peace of mind regarding your home away from home.

Craig Bailey was born in Bangor, grew up in Millinocket, lived and worked “away” for a time, raising 4 sons with his wife Cindy, finally making his way back to the great state of Maine, living on the pristine waters of Sebago Lake. Craig is also a Captain on the Frye Island Ferry, a Registered Maine Guide and owner of the project management consulting firm Customer Centricity. Jeff Foley was born in Portmouth NH, grew up in Windham, ME, lived and worked “away” for a time, raising 2 daughters with his wife Tracy. Moving back to the great state of Maine, living on the pristine shores of Sebago Lake was always the dream. Jeff has extensive experience as a Construction Project Manager (scheduling and overseeing all aspects of building properties, from foundation to final inspection), is Code Enforcement Officer for the Town of Frye Island and a mate for the Frye Island Ferry. Jeff previously founded and operated multiple businesses including, the largest ice carving company in California, and a Martial Arts studio to teach self-defense. Finally, he is an avid boater, outdoorsmen and truly loves this area.
Tracy Foley was born in Alaska and grew up in Napa, CA. Following college at Sacramento State University she met her husband Jeff in Monterey, CA. A mother of two and grandmother to two, Tracy loves her forever-home on the shores of Sebago Lake.
Mikayla Coelho Foley was born in Vallejo, CA and grew up in Napa, CA. Mikayla spent most of her vacations as a child on Sebago Lake. After finishing studies at Humbolt State University, studying wildlife biology and dance, she became a swim instructor, and personal trainer in San Francisco. Mikayla then moved to the end of Raymond Cape to be close to family and continues to own and operate her personal training and nutrition business, Mindset Journey Fitness. Finally, Mikayla is a nature enthusiast and is loving lake life.
Ramon Coelho Foley was born in Maceio, AL – Brazil. Ramon studied, worked and lived in his home town for most of his life. In 2019 he finished his Law degree under the Tiradentes University, considered one of the best universities in the State of Alagoas, Brazil. After finishing his studies, was able to get a job as a trainee at the State Public Defender’s Office, where he learned a lot and helped many people together with the staff. In 2023, Ramon decided to come to Maine to pursue his dream of training, teaching and competing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (his true passion) in the US, having the blessing of meeting his beloved wife Mikayla in the same year.
He is a first degree Black Belt with great experience teaching (kids, adults, self-defense) and competing. Ramon believes that living in such a beautiful and special area like Sebago Lake is a true privilege and understands that the creation of Raymond Cape Winter Watch is a great way to support the growth of the community. He feels really happy for being part of this and to help everyone.
Korissa Nolette was born in San Francisco, CA and raised in Napa, CA. Korissa spent most of her vacations as a child on Sebago Lake. Following high school, Korissa decided to move to Maine and attended UNE. Korissa worked as a landscape foreman while attending school. Following college, Korissa was working at Maine Med where she met her future husband, Zack. Korissa and Zack are currently building their forever home at the end of Raymond Cape to raise their two children. Finally, Korissa is an avid hiker and nature enthusiast who is excited to raise her babies in this beautiful community.

Cindy Bailey was born and grew up in Portland, and is the mother of 4 wonderful, independent, hard-working men. Cindy enjoys the simple life, in natural surroundings on the beautiful shores of Sebago Lake.
Evan Bailey was born in NH and moved to Maine shortly after high school. While living on Sebago Lake, he worked as the handyman for Wind in Pines, a cottage rental property on Sebago Lake. During this time, he also earned an associate’s degree in Business Administration and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has recently become PADI Diver Certified and is now offering diving-related services, in addition to providing all around handyman services.
