It has been a beautiful summer here on Raymond Cape. And, we continue to receive numerous and unique opportunities to serve our clientele.
Most recently, we rescued a boat that had broken away from the mooring of one of our customers and was floating in our cove up against rocks. After promptly rescuing the boat (fortunately there was no damage) we then replaced the mooring chain and shackles, and resecured the boat to its mooring.
Just a few days later another customer reached out for help repairing / resecuring their boat to its mooring, after it too had broken loose during high winds.
Coincidentally, two of our crew members (Evan and Ethan) were recently planning on and have since become PADI Diver Certified. As a result, we are now offering diving-related services, to assist our clients, on Raymond Cape. As such, if you have a mooring that needs to be inspected, the chains and/or shackles need replacement, or you dropped something of value in the lake (at reasonable depths), we can help!
In the meantime, we’ve continued to offer numerous other services this summer, including, but not limited to:
- Lawn / yard care
- Home Cleaning
- Staining and Painting
- Road work to smooth off edges after paving
- Installing handrails
- Repairing / installing internal shades
- Responding to a customer whose basement was taking on water
- Installing a shower
- Dog sitting (one of our favorites), chicken tending
- And, the list goes on
