It’s Springtime on Raymond Cape!

Well, the ice-out has finally occurred on Sebago and we are all getting anxious to drop our boats in the water.

That said, there is much work to be done to get our lake house’s ready for the upcoming Summer. To start, we need to cleanup our yards of all the over-the-winter debris (e.g., leaves, sticks, fallen limbs and maybe even a downed tree). We may also need to perform various repairs (e.g., fix a broken step, railing, wood rot, etc.), do some touch-up painting or stain a new deck. Not to mention a comprehensive indoor spring cleaning!

In addition, there are myriad items to consider when opening a seasonal-use lake house. To support the Raymond Cape Community, we have developed a Seasonal Lake House Maintenance Checklist, which you can find by clicking here. Feel free to download, print and place on your fridge as a reminder of the important items that need to be addressed to keep your lake house in tip top condition for you, your family and guests!

And, finally, when you realize that time is running short, and you’d rather be playing on the lake than performing lake house maintenance, simply give us a call. You can reach us at: 207-370-4235 or Info@RaymondCapeWinterWatch.com. We are your single point of contact for any and all services you’ll need at your lake house on Raymond Cape.

Hope you enjoy the Spring and are ready for Summer!
